Zhong has 13 years of experience in international trade, distribution and investment project. His previous experience includes working in the positions as procurement manager of Yunnan Railway Corp, Assistant GM of Kunming High Technology Import & Export Corp, and Vice GM of Kunming Hiluc Ltd - an exclusive distributor of Unilever and GE Lighting. Zhong obtained his deep insight in cross-culture business operation in his two-year living in Myanmar and India as the chief representative of Kunming High Tech Import & Export Corp.

Currently, Zhong is the Assistant General Manager of Kunming Foreign Experts Service, a provincial government sponsored company that facilitates the import of foreign technologies and economic exchange programs.

Zhong has enriched industry and engineering knowledge and experience. He obtained his bachelor degree in engineering from Hefei University in 1992. Zhong is a qualified International Trade Specialist with the certificate issued by Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of China.

As an enterprise attorney, Xiaoyu has broad connections in the business world in Zhejiang Province. Prior to becoming an attorney, Xiaoyu had wide experiences in the jobs in technology and management for manufacturers in the areas of machine tool, valve, cooling equipment, textile machineries. He became a partner of Zhejiang Liuhe Law Firm in 1998, specialized in assisting companies in dealing with legal issues related to their business practices. His law firm also serves foreign companies that are doing business in China.

Xiaoyu obtained an engineering bachelor degree in Machine Building & Automation from Southeast University in 1986. Currently he is in his master's program in economics in Zhejiang University.
